Probate & Estate Administration

Baltimore Beltway Probate and Estate Administration Attorneys

When someone dies, honoring the instructions they left behind is an awesome challenge.  At the law firm of William C. Trevillian, P.A., we understand the concerns of executors and heirs.  We are also well versed in the laws that govern probate and estate administration in the state of Maryland.

Our law firm can handle the entire administration of an estate or, if the executor prefers, we can work with the personal representative of the estate as guides to the probate and estate administration process.  Our lawyers will be available at every stage as requested and/or required.

Whichever course an executor chooses, our law firm will see that all necessary estate administration forms are completed, that accountings to the registrar of wills are accurate, and that transfers of stock and other property to the heirs are complete.

Because of our long experience with probate and estate administration, many clients request our services for other legal services including:

Estate planning
Wills and trusts
Living wills and living trusts

Powers of attorney
Wealth transfer
Premarital agreements

We serve the Baltimore Beltway communities, including Severn, Glen Burnie, Annapolis, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, and Baltimore County.  If you need legal counsel and advice regarding probate and estate administration, estate planning, wills or related legal issues, please contact us.   We are available when you need us, including regular office hours every other Saturday.
